Return / Exchange
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days to request for a return after receiving the product.
To be eligible for return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or the proof of purchase.

Defects
If you discover a fault with the product you have received, please email us immediately at [email protected] with images of the defect. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All the sales items and custom products (such as special order or personalised items) will not be eligible for returns/exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
